Mold Remediation Steps

What should you expect during your mold remediation? We've outlined the basic steps below to walk you through the process from start to finish!

• Call to Schedule: Once you contact us, we will schedule a date and time that works best for you. We try to arrive the same day or next day depending on how early in the day you call us.
• Visual Inspection: When we arrive on site, we don't just focus on the "affected" area(s) of the home or office. The goal during this phase is to get a 30,000-foot view of the property to fully understand how different factors my be contributing to your mold and/or air quality issue. Even if you already have a protocol, this is still our standard practice.
• Containment: Once we complete our visual assessment, we begin setting up containment. We also take photos and videos (as needed) while we complete this process.
• Deploy Filtration Devices: Once the containment is constructed, we set up negative air pressure, air scrubbers, and dehumidification equipment. These will run for several days throughout the demo and cleaning process.  
• Final Cleaning and Testing: Once we're finished with the mold removal and final cleaning, we will have the air quality tested to ensure your home or business has been effectively remediated.
